OUR SERVICES
Massage Therapy
As a Massage Therapist, I provide a few different options to meet your needs in a safe, welcoming space. My office is located in the Vermont Mill Properties located on Benmont Avenue in Bennington, Vermont.
At this time, we are offering office visits and mobile appointments for 1-hour, 1.5 hour, and 2-hour durations.
*I offer office visits due to accident or work injury upon approval by your doctor and insurance company.

Workshops
Marlana offers Health Coaching workshops in the community to educate the public on living healthier lives with adequate nutrition. Here are some examples of workshops that she has presented:
Free Yourself from Sugar Addiction
In this workshop, we discuss problems associated with sugar addiction and Marlana teaches the necessary steps to Free Yourself from Sugar Addiction.
Food versus Mood
In this workshop, Marlana explains how eating certain foods can affect both your physical and mental health. Learn about mood-boosting foods.
The Food and Government Connection
In this workshop, Marlana discusses how the relationship between our government and the food we eat, the chemicals in our foods, and how these foods affect our bodies — mentally and physically. Marlana will offer simple ways to reduce your consumption of food produced by politics.
Health Coaching Packages
I provide several packages for Health Coaching to meet individual needs. My signature package is the Free Yourself from Sugar Addiction Program. My program is designed to give you the tools, knowledge and support to eliminate sugar, and simple carbs that stimulate your brain into wanting more of the sweet stuff.
The Discovery Session
includes 1 individual coaching session to discover is Health Coaching is the right choice for you to help you reach your goals. The cost of this session is $65.
1-month Empowerment Program
includes 3 coaching sessions, and email support. The cost of the program is $275.
3-month Jumpstart Program
includes 9 coaching sessions, and email support. The cost of the program is $700.
6-month Free Yourself from Sugar Program
includes 18 coaching sessions, and email support. The cost of the program is $1,300.
